Maternity Nurse Training Course

Training as a maternity nurse is a vocational course that enables you to become an early childhood professional. It enables you to work with children aged 0 to 3 for VIP, HNW and UHNW families.

Training to become a maternity nurse is open to anyone over the age of 17 who holds a baccalauréat or equivalent qualification. The training usually lasts 10 months and includes a period of work experience in a company.

During the course, students learn the skills needed to care for infants and young children. In particular, they study physiology, hygiene, nutrition, psychology, the different stages of child development, care techniques (bathing, changing, dressing), communication with parents and children, first aid, etc.

The course is divided into theoretical and practical modules, with a work placement lasting several weeks to put into practice the skills acquired in class. At the end of the course, students are awarded a State diploma in childcare assistants, enabling them to work in this profession.
